The butchery offers an impressive range of traditional meats, some of which are fully matured and hung for a minimum of 3 weeks. Kelvin is skilled at cutting specific joints of meat and will do this while you wait or, if you prefer to order in advance (Link to contact details/order form), to have it ready for you to collect.
When in season, you can buy local wild venison and game (pheasant, partridge, wild rabbit, hare and mallard).
The butchery also provides a wide range of specialty sausages, burgers and kebabs, all made by Kelvin and all very popular for summer barbeques.
To complement your meat selection, La Hogue offers a range of delicious relishes, chutneys, pickles, mustards, sauces and flavoured herbs and salts.
