Rich home made stock (chicken, beef and vegetable) is supplied by SHF Specialty Foods of Exning, only a few miles from the shop.

Local flour for bread and cake making is supplied by an organic farm near Cambridge.

Purely Pesto‘s range of fresh tasting dips and pesto is also consistently popular at La Hogue. Hand made by chefs in Suffolk so you don’t have to at home, the range is extensive.
