The best traditional potted shrimps are supplied by Stoberry Potted Shrimps in Newmarket. Only the best quality brown shrimps from the Norfolk Wash are potted by hand with the finest unsalted butter and spices.
Succulent fishcakes are supplied by Chapman‘s of Grimsby. Kevin Chapman sources the best local fish and finest ingredients to create a delicious range of fishcakes including smoked haddock and bacon and the award winning fish and parsley.
Tasty and convenient too is SeaCream of Suffolk’s range of frozen fish and shellfish, including the superb SeaCream raw tiger prawns and undyed smoked fish.
La Hogue’s fresh free range eggs are supplied by the Perowne family from Top Farm in Great Snoring, Norfolk. Traditional breeds of chicken are fed on the best natural diet to produce tasty golden-coloured eggs. When in season, local duck, quail and goose eggs are also available.
Local goose fat, for the very best roast potatoes, comes from George Munns of Chatteris.
