La Hogue provides a wide range of quality fresh fruit and vegetables. The farm grows several classic varieties of potatoes including Maris Piper, Estima and Nadine. Because the shop is also situated close to the Fens, most of the fruit and vegetables are sourced from local producers known to Chris and Jo who employ traditional farming methods.

When in season, Fen celery, romanesques, Brussels sprouts, purple sprouting broccoli and Norfolk samphire are very popular. Cucumbers, garlic, tomatoes, courgettes and unusual squashes from a small local organic farm nearby are also firm favourites. Look out too for local strawberries and asparagus, and new season’s carrots, tomatoes and salad.
