NEW EXPANDED KITCHEN
NEW EXECUTIVE HEAD CHEF!
Together with the installation of the new butchery, La Hogue has expanded the farm kitchen (by about 3 times!) due to increasing demand for our homemade “ready meals”. To oversee the expansion, we are thrilled to announce that Alan Done, a highly experienced executive head chef, will be joining the La Hogue farm kitchen team in a few weeks time.
Alan, who has a ‘5 star background’ has worked in some of the top food establishments in the UK, including 3 with high percentage Egon Ronay standards. Together with existing head cook Sharon Turner, Alan will still be producing some of our existing homemade meals, but with the introduction of some tantalising new innovations. He will also be developing our range of options for food hampers, picnics and entertaining parties together with the increasing demand from other food establishments and caterers.
